For the month of January we will all be undertaking lots of different surprise exercise types to vary our training....good luck team!!
Every day we will pick the next days activity out of a hat and will include exercise 10-30mins. Perfect for those not fit (me) not hardcore (me) or a warm up for others.
The days will include a mixture of HIIT exercises, running, rest days (!) and 'your choice'
