  • Keep a routine, try and get up at the same time every day. 
  • Make the most of your once a day freedom to go and get some fresh air.
  • Try something new, lots of online classes are now available for free so you can have a go at something you've never done before. 

Most importantly, stay safe!

]]><![CDATA[Ironman Wales 2018 - Jo Garzoni aka IRONMAN!]]>Sun, 09 Sep 2018 20:42:38 GMThttps://thunderrunners.co.uk/home/ironman-wales-2018-jo-garzoni-aka-ironmanIt's one of Wales' toughest challenges and athletes from all over the world are gathering as Ironman Wales returns for another year. The seaside town of Tenby was transformed from tourist hotspot to athlete base.

It is one of the toughest challenges in the sporting calendar and is made up of:  
a 2.4-mile swim in Carmarthen Bay;
a 112-mile bike ride around Pembrokeshire;
a 26.2-mile marathon in Tenby town centre.

Our very own Jo Garzoni aced this course in 13 hours and 47 mins!! We are all so very proud of her for such an amazing achievement!
